It’s been used as a donor car for many years, but someone bought it back and plans on restoring it. Its new owner owns many other Metropolitan apparently.
Good luck to him... I know I would not bother :)
Engine and transmission are included with the car... They’re just not around right now :)

It’s probably a bit too large for a kei car?

Way too big... Like 40cm too long and 10cm too wide. Also engine is something like twice too big :)

Dimensions are a problem but it could move with a Cappucino engine too...

How about this one? Would you save it?
Buy the Nash, get the farm equipment for free.

I have a horribly unsafe want to put a motorcycle engine in one of these.

With a normal car I think 8cm in width would be much harder to get out with modification than 50cm in length. In the case of the Metropolitan, I’m not so sure.

But consider the storage!
